Breakfast - Two pieces of Multigrain toast with Promite.

Lunch - One chicken Breast Schnitzel with shredded carrot, shredded cheese, Lettuce, sweet corn, beetroot & two boiled eggs.

Dinner - Butternut Pumkin Soup.

Breakfast:

2 Ham and Cheese Crossants, one glass of breaky juice and... 4 cheap aldi Tim Tam ripoffs >_>

Breakfast: 75g Coles Bran start (1005kJ) 80ml pauls milk (130kJ) and Jarrah coffee 250kJ/60Cal
Mid morning: Coffee + flavouring : ~500kJ
Lunch: 187g Corn and asparagus pie 1672.5kJ/400Cal
with tomato sauce. 200kJ/48Cal
Dinner: less than half Main sized Basil and chili stir fry + tofu on rice (2750kJ?)

My daily kJ allowance to maintain weight 8000kJ/1912Cal (conservative)
Total energy intake for the day : 6509kJ/1556Cal

Not a great day of healthy food again and weighted towards the end of the day but -1491kJ/356Cal for the day.
