No breakfast... lunch - a chicken salad roll...

I was pretty bad on the weekend... stuffed myself several times with bad food... trying to only have lentils and soups for dinner this week... accidentally bought an iced coffee instead of a choc milk for my wife... might as well drink it myself now even though it's pretty bad.
Breakfast: 100g Honey Bran (1003kJ/239Cal) 80ml pauls milk (130kJ/31Cal) half an iced coffe(400kJ/96Cal)
Lunch: 1.5 Salmon & lettuce sandwiches (~1300kJ/311Cal) 2nd half of iced coffe(400kJ/96Cal) pack of tic tacs (245kJ/59Cal)
Dinner: Can of Sanitarium Savoury Lentils (1,154 kJ/276Cal) piece of crystallized Ginger (80kJ/19Cal) piece of dream chocolate (350kJ/84Cal)
My daily kJ allowance to maintain weight 8000kJ/1912Cal (conservative)
Total energy intake for the day to lunch: 5053kJ/831Cal for a deficit of 2947kJ/704Cal

breakfast - porridge with flaxseed oil. I pretty much eat the same thing for breakfast every weekday, don't want to think about it first thing in the morning.
mid morning snack - leafy green salad with a tahini, olive oil and lemon juice dressing.
lunch - savoury cheese free omelette with herbs and shallots.
mid afternoon snack was supposed to be some fresh coconut, but i forgot it :(

Breakfast - 2 pieces of Multigrain toast with sliced cheese and promite
Lunch - Pumkin Soup with Roasted vegies (Pumkin, Potatoe, Sweet Potatoe, Zuchinni, Carrots) & sweet corn.
Dinner - Chicken Breast (schnitzel) with Rice & Roasted vegies (Pumkin, Potatoe, Sweet Potatoe, Zuchinni, Carrots).
